Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Warstone believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore, has a liberal Cancellation Policy. Under this policy, cancellations cannot be considered after the order has been placed with us. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or a transaction that defies the terms and conditions of using the Website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with/without providing any notification to you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Warstone is non-returnable due to health/consumable nature of the product. Sometimes we may make mistakes and the product may not match up to your expectations. So if there are any concerns, do reach out to us and we will see what can be done. Please contact our customer care regarding any defects.

Warstone offers its customers an easy exchange policy, wherein you can raise an exchange request of an eligible product within a period of 24 hours of receipt of its delivery. In case you have received a defective product, we request you to raise a return/exchange request of the said product within a period of 24 hours from the date of receipt of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

In case you want a replacement for a damaged product you received, please send us an email with the Images of the Damaged Product, Invoice, Inner & Outer Packaging and Batch Number to support@warstone.in, within 24 hours of the order delivery. We would require 48-72 hours to revert. You will be eligible for exchange without incurring any additional charges if it is the case of: Package has items missing. Damaged or broken bottles/pack. Wrong product delivery. Expired product delivery. Once we receive the products back, we will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Returns of products will not be accepted under the following conditions:

When a product is returned without the original packaging including price tags, original outer packaging, freebies and other accessories or if the original packaging is damaged.
When the product’s serial number is tampered with.
When the product’s composition is altered.
If the request is initiated after a period of 24 hours from the date of receiving the delivery.
When the product sought to be returned is a free product provided by Warstone.
Warstone takes care to procure, store and sell products of the best quality, in the best of conditions. We have partnered with leading logistic providers in India to ensure that the products that you have ordered reach you in the best of conditions. Our shipments go through vigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or refund.

If you have received an item that is damaged or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within a period of 24 hours from the date of receiving the delivery of your order. The steps are as follows:

Step1: Contact our Customer Support team via email within 24 hours of receiving the delivery of your order.

Step2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to replace/refund your order. Kindly email images or a video of the product and the invoice for our reference. In the images/video shared on email, the product’s batch details should be clearly visible without which we would be unable to process your request. Please note that: If you claim that the product is leaking or if the product was damaged during the delivery process, please send us images or a video recording the leakage/damage caused.Please provide us with clear images or video of the leakage/damaged product along with clear images or video of the spillage (if any) on the inner and outer packaging. In case your claim is that the seal of the product has been tampered, then please provide us with images to show that the product’s seal has been tampered with. In case you received a wrong product, which was never ordered for, please provide us with clear images of the wrong product delivered along with the product’s batch details.

Step 3: Once all the details are received, it would take our Customer Services team 48-72 hours to revert on your complaint/query/issue. In case an exchange is approved for your complaint, you shall be informed about the same with an authorization number. Please do note that in case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product that it came with?

Yes, the free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product. Please note that the free gift needs to be returned back with its original packaging and its seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Can I request for a replacement/refund for a part of my order?

Yes, a return can be created if you have ordered multiple products. You can initiate a replacement for any individual product. However, any product being returned needs to be returned with its original packaging, seals, labels and barcodes intact as well as any complimentary gift or product which came along with it.

Refunds

In case you would want a refund for a damaged product received, please send us an email with the Images of the Damaged Product, Invoice, Inner & Outer Packaging and Batch Number to support@warstone.in, within 24 hours of the order delivery. We would require 48-72 hours to revert.

You will be eligible for full refund without incurring any additional charges if it is the case of:

Wrong product delivery.

Expired product delivery.

All refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment used by you while placing the order. Orders paid by credit/debit card will be refunded by credit card to the credit/debit card within 8-9 days from the date of receiving your products back from the logistics provider and the refund will reflect in the next statement. Orders placed by net banking accounts will be credited back to the same bank account within 8-9 days from the date of receiving your products back from the logistics provider.Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delivery Policy

Orders will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of placement of order. Tracking ID will be intimated once it is shipped. Orders placed on the second half of Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched within 48-72 hours.

If the order is updated as delivered but the user has not received the order, the same has to be intimated to the customer service team via call or email within 24 hours of the delivery intimation, wherein you will have to give 48-72 hours to investigate with our courier partners.

For all claims regarding shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of the order delivery. 3 working days are required to investigate and review your request. If any shipment is tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it.

We reserve the right to pause deliveries to any part of the country at any time if so warranted.

Changes in the Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy We keep our Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy under review to make sure it is up to date and accurate. Any changes we make to this Policy in the future will be posted on this page. We reserve the right to change or update this Policy at any time without any prior intimation to you. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. You are required to review the Policy regularly to keep yourself abreast of the changes, if any.
